These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services and products provided by Super-Wide Digital Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
An order is accepted only upon written confirmation and/or receipt of an official purchase order or deposit.
We reserve the right to amend quotations in the event of cost fluctuations.
2. Artwork and Proofing
All artwork must be supplied in print-ready format. Any required modifications may incur additional charges.
A proof will be provided for approval prior to production. We are not liable for errors in artwork approved by the Customer.
Colours may vary slightly from digital proofs due to printing processes.
3. Production and Turnaround
Production times vary depending on the complexity and volume of the job.
Turnaround times commence from approval of artwork and receipt of deposit (if applicable).
Delays caused by the Customer (e.g., late approvals, changes) are not our responsibility.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, supply chain disruptions).
Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are strictly [e.g., 30 days from invoice date].
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Title to goods remains with Super-Wide Digital Ltd until full payment is received.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for custom-printed items unless goods are faulty or do not match the approved specification.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods or services provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
8. Intellectual Property
The Customer warrants that all materials supplied do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England and Wales].
